Eclectic, Affordable Lofts
City Park Lofts consists of three buildings that were converted from a 1950’s Art Deco movie theater, a 1940’s night club originally managed by Dallas’s notorious Jack Ruby, and a 1923 soda bottling company rumored to dispense other beverages during the Prohibition Era of the 1920’s to the early 1930’s. Simple renovation and improvements were untaken to transform these buildings into 20 individual open lofts for live and work, preserving much of the buildings original architectural textures and character.
Our open floorplans come in many shapes and sizes conducive to innovative & creative thinking, so please take a moment to browse our selection.
